Currently, we are contracted with Blue Cross / Blue Shield and United Health Insurance on their PPO network. This does not mean that all plans provide acupuncture. It will be your responsibility to contact your insurance carrier to find out benefit existence and the details of your benefit, if any.

Questions To Ask Carrier:
1. Do I have a benefit for Acupuncture on my plan
2. Is the benefit subject to your deductible
3. # of visits per calendar year
4. What diagnoses does it cover ie pain therapy only

We do accept other PPO's if they have a benefit for acupuncture on their plan.

Patients will be responsible for the cost of the visit if their claim is denied.
